Welcome to the support section of this site where you will find information to help you navigate through this site.  You will also find documents you can download such as price lists, brochures, portrait bag templates and other valuable downloadable materials.

Gallery of Images:

Please take a look at our gallery area.  This area contains images separated in groups to show you samples of our custom designs, views of what the albums look like, and how thick their pages are.  There is a gallery for the photo art books and the mini magazines and a variety of photo portrait purses we have done to inspire you and see what others have done.

We are YOUR designer:

If you are a photographer and not interested in spending the amount of time we dedicate to designing albums we are interested in partnering with you.  That is why mydesigner studio began, as a design partnership to photographers first and the products we offer are value added services we provide secondarily.  If you like our designs, but still prefer to take a stab at keeping the designing in house then our fully customizable design layout templates may be of interest.  This is a growing area of mydesigner studio as more designs are created continually making them potential for offering to you.

If you are not a photographer, but own or have permission to use photographers images in order to create your album or portrait purse on your own then we do invite you to inquire as well.  There really are many photographers out there that do not do albums so as long as you have rights to them we are happy to design for you.

You are looking at it.  A lot has been invested in this website to provide all the details you could need to determine if we are the right fit.  This site IS our catalogue, our communication resource, as well as our office for placing, maintaining, and tracking orders.  It is a continual work in progress that will be improved ongoing.

If you have taken a look at our designs and like what you see then you are welcome to use our Design Quote Request to begin communications.  If you are a photography business you can register on the site for access to photographer only offerings.

When contacting us with the form the more details you tell us the easier it is to understand what you are looking for.  Please fill the form out as complete as possible.  We will reply to your request and assure you that you are provided with all the information necessary to make an informed decision.

Once you decide to place an order you will order design service first.  At that time is when you upload your images.  In about two weeks from placing your order and making payment you'll be notified that your proofs are ready for your review.  You will be able to request all desired changes which is included in the quoted fees.  Unless your requests go above and beyond to an abusive level you may be informed that more changes will be at an additional charge.  It has happened, but is extremely rare and we'll proceed based on your okay.

Once designs are approved you then order your album, book, minis etc.  If you just want design only then we will deliver via download your print ready designs.

Pricing a book or album:

All books and albums are grouped by sizes available.  Each size has an associated base price determined by the cost of printing the first 20 page sides (10 spreads)  and binding with a standard leatherette cover.  To upgrade to different cover options and other embellishments you will modify your order until all options match the desired result. Additional pages will be calculated by the mydesigner studio staff and your account will be adjusted to include the added fees.  To determine the added page printing and binding cost you can download a price sheet in the support section.  There is a different cost depending on the size of book or album being produced. 

If you have a partner, photographer or reseller account be sure you are logged in or you will be accessing the wrong support data. 

Portrait Purses

This is a much easier process.  If you are in need of custom designing because you have several images and would like a unique creation made for the purse of choice then you would contact us using the Design Quote Request.  Otherwise, you simply choose the style you want, select your options, upload your image or images, and place your secure online order. 

Photographers are required to download templates and have images pre-prepped to ensure the image placement suites your desire.  Contact us anytime for assistance for those new to prepping using templates in photoshop.
